•Bob Clanton-Senior Pastor

Pastor Bob was the founding Pastor of Covenant Church out of which New Life Community Church was birthed.  Bob has a passion to see unity among all believers and his heart beats for the nations. His Bible teaching skills are among the best. In addition to delivering relevant and timely messages on Sundays, Pastor Bob also teaches Bible classes during our NLCC Equipping Hour , LIFE 101 on Sunday mornings and Monday nights for Grace College of Divinity.

• Terry Howard-Worship Pastor

Terry and his wife Debra have been serving with Pastor Bob for almost seven years now.  Terry has a sincere passion to shepherd people into the presence of God and he believes that worship is a lifestyle. He oversees all aspects of worship and music for New Life and serves as Lead Worshiper on Sunday Mornings. One of Terry's favorite scripture passages is Philippians 3: 8-14.

• Jerry Tolle-Youth Pastor

Jerry has a passion to see this generation experience and know God in a real way.  Pastor Jerry leads a full Worship & Teaching Service each Wednesday night for New Life's FUSION Student Ministry.

• Jerry Tolle-Children's Pastor

Jerry's heart beats for children.  Both he and his wife Rindy have a passion for children. They work hard helping to equip parents to raise their children in the ways of the Lord.  Jerry oversees all areas of children's ministry and directs New Life Children Church on Sundays and oversees New Life's ELEVATION Children Ministry on Wednesday night. Pam is the newest addition to our staff.  She has a gifting for intercessory prayer and gentle and caring heart for people.

Karen currently counsels on site at New Life on Fridays only.  She is a licensed Christian Counselor with a heart for seeing people walk in total health, mentally, physically and spiritualy.
